ChatyFunnel offers a CRM to centralize conversations from WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and other channels, organize the sales pipeline and manage customer relationships. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

To use the platform you must create an account providing accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity on your account.

• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or in violation of these terms.
• Do not send unsolicited communications (spam) or offensive content.
• Respect the policies of the connected channels (WhatsApp, Meta, etc.).
• Do not attempt to access unauthorized parts of the platform.

The service is offered under different plans with pricing detailed in the pricing section. Payments are made in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled. Pricing changes will be communicated in advance.

ChatyFunnel may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, if not cancelled, the paid subscription will start according to the chosen plan.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the platform itself or by contacting our team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

All rights to the platform, its code, design and brands belong to ChatyFunnel. By contracting the service you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service during the term of your subscription.

ChatyFunnel will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits or losses arising from the use of the service beyond the amount paid for the subscription during the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

We may modify these terms to adapt to legal or service changes. We will notify you with reasonable advance notice and, if you continue using the platform, you will be deemed to accept the new version.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of the service provider's domicile, unless consumer regulations provide otherwise.
