Pricing questions
- Do you charge per message or per conversation?
- No. The plan price is the full cost of the subscription. The Company and Enterprise plans include unlimited conversations.
- Can I add more users to my plan?
- Each plan includes a set number of members: 1 on Freelance, 3 on Company, and 5 on Enterprise. If you need more seats than your plan includes, get in touch and we'll work it out.
- What currency is billing in?
- Euros. The price shown is the subscription price per workspace.
- How much does annual billing save?
- Around 15%. Freelance drops to €57.79/mo, Company to €125.79/mo, and Enterprise to €210.79/mo when billed annually.
- Which plan do I need for Google Ads measurement?
- Offline conversion import to Google Ads is included in the Enterprise plan.
