Chaty Funnel uses Meta's official WhatsApp Business API. Encryption in transit and at rest, GDPR compliance, and granular role-based access.

Sign out

Open your avatar menu (top right) → Sign out.

Change password or email

Account settings → Security. You'll receive a confirmation email at the new address before the change takes effect.

Delete your account

To remove your Chaty Funnel account and all associated data:

• Go to Account settings → Your account.
• Scroll to the "Delete account" section.
• Click "Delete account" and confirm with your password.
• You'll receive an email confirming the request.

What gets deleted

Permanently removed: your profile, conversations, contacts, funnels, automations, connected integrations, and historical metrics. Messages already sent through WhatsApp remain on the recipient's device.

Grace period

You have 30 days to cancel the deletion by emailing support@chatyfunnel.com from the account address. After 30 days deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

If you own the workspace

Before deleting your account, transfer workspace ownership to another member (Workspace settings → Members → Transfer ownership), otherwise the workspace and all its projects are deleted with you.

Export your data

Before deleting, you can export contacts, conversations, and metrics from Settings → Data → Export (CSV). Recommended before you confirm deletion.

Do I need to change my WhatsApp number?

No. We migrate your current number to the WhatsApp Business API without losing history.
